The unreserved EB-5 category for India carries a multi-year backlog, and recent unreserved annual quotas for India have been exhausted well before year-end.
Set-Aside Categories Are Currently “Current”
As of the August 2026 Visa Bulletin, the rural, high-unemployment, and infrastructure set-aside categories are listed as Current for India. Visa availability can change in future bulletins and is not guaranteed to remain Current.
Investment Thresholds May Adjust in 2027
