The Regional Center files Form I-956F for the project, if not already approved.
You file your individual I-526E petition establishing your EB-5 eligibility.
If eligible and a visa is available, pursue adjustment of status (Form I-485) in the United States, or consular processing (DS-260) abroad.
Upon approval, you and your eligible family members receive conditional permanent residence.
File Form I-829 during the 90-day window before your conditional status expires.
USCIS reviews Form I-829 and determines whether the conditions on your permanent residence can be removed.
