Rockingham Travel Center is EB5SETU's principal upcoming Rural TEA offering, located near I-74 Exit 316 and NC-177 in a qualifying rural Targeted Employment Area.

The project is an Exxon-branded fuel and travel-center operation with 8 truck diesel lanes, 12 passenger fueling positions, and 10 EV chargers, alongside an approximately 5,000-square-foot convenience store and roughly 2,000 square feet reserved for a third-party restaurant/QSR tenant.

Traveler amenities include six showers, a CAT scale, and up to 46 overnight truck parking spaces.
