An optional filing that allows an investor with a pending adjustment-of-status application to seek work authorization while their case is pending.

Form I-765 is typically filed alongside or after Form I-485 by investors seeking to work in the United States while their EB-5 case is pending.

This form is only relevant to investors pursuing adjustment of status inside the United States — it does not apply to consular processing.
